§ 331-63. DMUR Downtown Mixed Use Urban Renewal District.

A.Dimensional requirements.(1)The maximum permitted floor area ratio (FAR) shall be 5.5.(2)The maximum building height shall be 24 stories or 280 feet.(3)Maximum permitted length of buildings shall be 500 feet.(4)The maximum permitted lot coverage shall be 100%.B.Off-street parking and loading requirements.
