§ 331-62. DMU Downtown Mixed Use District.

A.Definition. "Site area" shall mean in a phased development within the Lawton Street Urban Renewal Area, the combined lot area of all lots included in the development project area.B.Dimensional requirements.(1)The maximum building height shall be 20 stories or 240 feet.(2)The maximum permitted floor area ratio (FAR) shall be 4.0.(3)The maximum permitted length of buildings shall be 300 feet.(4)The maximum permitted lot coverage shall be 100%.(5)Yard setbacks: Where abutting a nonresidential district, the minimum side yard shall be zero feet. Where abutting a residential district, the minimum yard shall be 20 feet, all of which shall be maintained as a landscaped buffer in accordance with § 331-119B of this chapter.C.Off-street parking and loading requirements.
