§ 119-2. Definitions.

Whenever used in this chapter the following terms shall mean:

APPLICANT

An applicant for a license issued by the City of New Rochelle Police Department under Chapter 120, Cabarets, Public Dance Halls, and Catering Establishments.

CITY

The City of New Rochelle.

DCJS

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.

POLICE DEPARTMENT

The New Rochelle Police Department.
