§ 9-43. Creation; purpose.

An Advisory Committee on Issues Affecting People With Disabilities and Group Homes is hereby created for the purpose of serving as liaison between the City and its residents and agencies operating group home facilities.

B.
The Committee shall be known as the "Advisory Committee on Issues Affecting People With Disabilities and Group Homes."
