The boundaries of all districts are hereby established
as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map, City of New Rochelle, New
York," dated May 19, 2005, as it may be amended from time to time
with ordinance numbers and ordinance adoption dates shown on such
Map, which Map accompanies and, with all explanatory matter thereon,
is made part of this chapter. The official copy of this Map shall
be kept by the Building Official and amendments thereto shall be reviewed
for accuracy by the Building Official, with copies made available
to the public by the City Clerk. Whenever the City Council amends
the Zoning Map, the City Clerk shall notify the Building Official,
who shall cause the amendment to be made to the official Zoning Map.
