§ 325-7. Insurance.

Before the issuance of a license by the City Clerk, he shall require satisfactory proof that the applicant or his firm is insured against any and all liability for any accident in the minimum amount of $50,000 for injury to or death of one person and the sum of $100,000 for all liability arising from any one accident.
