§ 322-2.3. Exemptions from §§ 322-2.1 and 322-2.2.

The following are exempt from §§ 322-2.1 and 322-2.2:

A.
Peace officers as defined in § 1.20, Subdivision 33, of the Criminal Procedure Law.

B.
Participants in special events when authorized by the Police Commissioner.
