§ 312-65.1. Authority to boot vehicles.

The Police Commissioner is hereby empowered to cause the following vehicles to be booted:

A.
Any vehicle which has been issued at least five parking summonses in the City of New Rochelle which remain unpaid 60 days following issuance of the oldest summons thereof.
