§ 281-53. Application for permit.

Application for such permit shall be made, in writing, to the Commissioner of Public Works upon such form as shall be provided by him and shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the proposed specific location of the COCOT, signed by the applicant and subject to the fee schedule set forth in Chapter 133, Fees, of the Code of the City of New Rochelle.
