§ 281-29. Restrictions on public auctions.

Public auctions conducted pursuant to this article shall be held in accordance with the following regulations:

A.
Notice of sale shall be advertised in the official paper of the City of New Rochelle.

B.
The property to be auctioned shall be sold separately.

C.
The sale shall be held in a suitable room or place to be designated for such purpose in the public notice of sale.

D.
