§ 235-6. Issuance of license.

Upon the filing of the application and bond, as provided in the preceding sections, the Department of Development may, upon his or her approval of such application, issue to the applicant a license as provided in § 235-3. Except as hereinafter provided, no license shall be refused except for a specific reason and for the protection of the public safety, health, morals or general welfare. No license shall be issued to a person under 18 years of age.
