§ 213-20. Commercial zoned districts.

A.
Noise levels within any commercial/retail zoned districts shall not exceed 65 db(A) or an L₁₀ of 60 db(A).

B.
During the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., no person shall make, continue or cause or permit to be made or continued any unreasonable noise as defined in § 213-3 of this chapter notwithstanding whether or not such noise exceeds the decibel levels provided in this section.
