§ 168-42. Penalties for offenses.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both. Each day that a violation under this chapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
