§ 168-40. Prohibition in reporting or filing false or misleading information.

No person shall submit or produce false, inaccurate or altered documentation relating to any permit, vessel or application. The submittal of false, inaccurate or altered information to the Harbormaster or Harbor Patrol on applications or during any official inquiry shall be strictly prohibited and punishable under this chapter.
