§ 168-38. Prohibited discharges.

No person may cast, deposit or suffer to cast or be deposited or pumped into the waters within the jurisdictional limits of the City of New Rochelle any garbage, sewage matter, papers, oil, gasoline, dead fish carcass, or refuse matter of any description or kind whatsoever.
