§ 157-8. Amendment of license.

Latest version.

Any license issued under this chapter may be amended upon application made to the City Clerk if the subject matter of the proposed amendment could lawfully and properly have been included in the original license and upon payment of such additional license fee, if any, as would have been payable if it had been so included.
