§ 154-9. Notice of use of sodium fluoroacetate.

Every person holding an exterminator and/or fumigator permit shall notify the Fire Commissioner 24 hours or more prior to beginning any extermination operation with rodenticide sodium fluoroacetate, giving the address and nature of use of the premises where such extermination is to be performed, the date and time of the proposed extermination, the amount of sodium fluoroacetate to be used and the proposed method of use.
