§ 147-15. Licenses required.

Latest version.

No person shall engage in the following activities in the City of New Rochelle without obtaining a license therefor from the Fire Commissioner. Fees for such licenses shall be as indicated.

A.
Explosives, certificate of fitness.

B.
Flammable liquids:

(1)
Installation of equipment.

(2)
Modification of equipment.

(3)
Testing of equipment (Annual).

C.
Motion-picture operator (Annual).
