§ 125-1. Permit required; fee; issuance.

A.
No person, firm or corporation shall store or display Christmas trees for sale without first obtaining a permit therefor as hereinafter provided.

B.
Applications for such permit shall be made on forms provided by the City Clerk, who shall issue same upon receipt of a fee as set forth in Chapter 133, Fees.

C.
A permit may be issued upon approval of such application by the Building Official, the Police Commissioner and the Fire Chief or an officer designated by the Fire Chief subject to such conditions as are hereinafter provided.
