§ 111-1. Title; incorporation of standards.

This chapter shall be known as the "New Rochelle Building Code." It shall incorporate the standards found in the Building Code of New York State, Residential Code of New York State, and Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State, which shall be referred to in this chapter as the "State Code."
