This City Council creates the Local Emergency Planning Committee, consisting of the City Manager/Director Emergency Management, the Commissioners of Police, Fire and Public Works, the Assistant to the City Manager, and the Deputy Fire Chief of Support Services, all involved in the City's Emergency Management Plan.
