§ 76-1. Establishment; purpose.

There is hereby established in and for the City of New Rochelle a Youth Court designed to aid in developing a respect for and knowledge of the criminal justice system, both among those who are members thereof and those who will come in contact with the Youth Court. The City of New Rochelle Youth Court shall work in cooperation with the Westchester County Family Court and the New Rochelle Police Department in an effort to reduce juvenile delinquency in the City of New Rochelle.
