§ 3-1. Minimum standard.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City of New Rochelle that the minimum standard for all ambulance transportation service provided by the City, either directly or by contract, shall only be provided with personnel and equipment trained, certified and prepared to render advanced life support services.
