§ 33-2. Annual filing required.

All officers and employees of the City, as the same are defined in Section 94.02, Subsection 1(a) of the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle, presently in or hereafter entering upon the duties of their office or employment, are hereby required to annually file, on the 31st day of December in each year during the time of their office or employment with the City, with the Office of the City Manager, a statement of compliance with the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle for each calendar year ending December 31.
