§ A361-11. Preapplication plans and data.

  • The following documents shall be submitted to the Board or to the Commissioner of Development or his designated representative prior to the submission of the preliminary layout:
    A. 
    Sketch plan. A sketch plan on a topographic map shall show in simple sketch form the proposed layout of streets, lots and other features in relation to existing conditions. The sketch plan may be a freehand pencil sketch made directly on a print of the topographic map.
    B. 
    General subdivision information. General subdivision information shall describe or outline the existing conditions of the site and the proposed development as necessary to supplement the required drawings. This information may include data on existing convenants, land characteristics and available community facilities and utilities; and information describing subdivision proposals, such as number of residential lots, typical lot width and depth, building types and sizes, price range, business areas, playgrounds, parks and other public areas, protective covenants, utilities and street improvements.
